Nick is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Venture Collective (TVC), an asset management firm focused on investing in technology and science solving for the world’s largest problems. The firm has raised over $200m and has backed 2 Unicorns since its founding in 2019. He’s also the co-founder of Inflection Point Acquisition Corp I and II, raising $550m for these 2 SPACs.

Before moving into asset management, Nick built and sold Headstart AI, which went through Y Combinator and raised 3 round of venture capital. He’s an LP in 6 funds and has invested as an Angel in 60+ companies. Nick matriculated from Oxford University before receiving the Thiel Fellowship in 2017.

Zaid is the Founder & CEO of Flex, a finance super app for businesses and high net worth individuals with $130M in funding. Flex provides credit cards, working capital, banking services, payments, invoicing, and insurance to America’s medium sized businesses currently underserved by large banks and enterprise finance companies.

Prior to Flex, Zaid was a Thiel Fellow (Class of 2017) and started Volley AI, which was a first generation large language model startup serving Fortune 500 companies. Zaid also cofounded 305 Ventures.

Joey is the Founder & CEO of Betr, a leading sports gaming and media company. Joey was previously the founder of Simplebet, the leading B2B technology pioneering microbetting on U.S. sports (licensing technology to companies like DraftKings, ESPNBet, Caesars, Bet365, Hard Rock, among others). Joey was also the Founder of Draftpot (acq. 2017), a Thiel Fellow (Class of 2016), and attended Columbia University.

Joey is also the cofounder of 305 Ventures, a leading Venture Capital fund based out of Miami, FL.
